Job Description

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

 

Responsible for managing the relationship with Wi clients of DataScan and have a strategic view of the client and their relationship within DataScan. This position involves communicating with client and internal management on a daily basis to initiate measures to resolve clients’ requests.  This includes coordinating with the appropriate departments including Wi operations, systems, accounting, legal, and business development and facilitating through resolution.

 

This position is responsible for facilitating solutions in support of our clients’ goals and objectives. This includes development of scope, timelines, project proposals and implementation plans as they relate to these objectives and managing them to completion.

 

Individual is responsible for building, managing and improving on-going relationships with our clients.  This includes addressing and resolving issues quickly and positively, planning and running monthly management meetings, presenting innovative solutions and opportunities whenever possible, and ensuring our clients enjoy their relationship with us. 

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required.
  • Minimum five years relevant experience in auto finance, floorplan finance or banking.
  • Must possess exceptional verbal, written, professionalism and interpersonal communication skills and have the adeptness to deal with all levels of management both internally and externally.
  • Ability to have meaningful discussions with clients to understand short term and long term needs of the client and how DataScan could be a potential solution.
  • Strong facilitation, project management and organizational skills required with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to work with partners internal to DataScan to facilitate a strategic relationship with the client. Partners include:
    1. Business Development – SOW, Amendment and contract extensions
    2. Compliance – issue management, open house initiatives, contract compliance
    3. Accounting – understanding the full financial scope of the client
    4. Ai Client Relations Manager – cross communications with peer to make certain that a client is viewed globally and strategically
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills required.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Word and CRM (Salesforce or Salesforce like product) required.
  • Ability to communicate and work with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel when required.
