    Job Description

    DataScan’s Audit Intelligence (Ai) business unit is a seeking a Director of Field Operations.  This position reports to the Vice President of Ai and leads Ai’s North American team of 350 field associates who are responsible for completing floorplan audits in accordance with DataScan’s industry leading quality and risk standards.  In addition to managing day-to-day operations, the Director of Field Operations identifies and implements opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies, improve quality, mitigate risk, and reinforce the DataScan culture. The position also collaborates with key stakeholders to develop, communicate and execute the strategic priorities of the Ai business unit.  The Director of Field Operations works closely with the Director of Operational Support, who oversees support, best practices, training, and risk management functions for Ai.


    The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

    • Develop vision and strategy for Ai field services organization
    • Establish and manage objectives for the field organization
    • Manage communication and engagement with team
    • Develop sustainable operational processes and implement best practices
    • Maintain, enhance and enforce corporate policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout DataScan and JM Family – HR, technology development, project management, leadership team, other business units, etc.
    • Engage with clients regarding opportunities and challenges
    • Develop high potential team members
    • Demonstrate JM Family/DataScan values and hold field organization accountable to them
